One flat published rate card, in US dollars. The same card applies to every client, and no discount is offered in exchange for an endorsement, a facilitation or an introduction. Prices below are the software and implementation price; hardware, where a programme needs it, is passed through separately at the rates further down the page.
Hardware is never a profit centre and is never absorbed into the software price. It is passed through at cost plus 15 per cent, which covers dead-on-arrival risk, customs timing and working capital. It is prepaid.
| Item | Basis | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Telematics units | 175 vehicles, installed and commissioned | $23,069 |
| Charging units | Per unit | $770.50 |
Any programme that needs different hardware is quoted the same way: the supplier cost, shown, plus 15 per cent.
| Item | Terms |
|---|---|
| Hypercare | 14 days included at the end of delivery |
| Ongoing support | 8 per cent of the software price per month, cancellable with 30 days notice |
| Election-day and campaign-peak windows | Pre-purchased as fixed blocks, so the cover is there on the day it is needed |
| Scope drift | The first 10 per cent is absorbed by us. Beyond that, work stops and a written change order is quoted before anything restarts. |
A cohort is a group of up to 30 people taken through one track together, taught on their own handsets, with every session, assessment and certificate recorded in the register. Pick the track and the session length; the price is per cohort, not per head.
Digital skills, field devices, capture and verification, so a young person can hold a register rather than be a name in one.
Input, yield, post-harvest and records: the skills that turn a smallholding into a business with numbers behind it.
Bookkeeping, pricing, savings group discipline and credit readiness, taught on the same ledger the office can audit.
Market, margin, supply and customer records, with a simple operating plan the cohort leaves with.
A track built for the office: tell us the outcome and the cohort, and we write the curriculum and price it in writing.
| Session length | Price per cohort (USD) | What the cohort gets |
|---|---|---|
| 10 days | 8,100 | Intensive intake: induction, core skills, assessment, certificate, register seeded. |
| 30 days | 21,500 | One month of guided practice with weekly assessment and a field task. |
| 60 days | 41,500 | Two months, includes the follow-up visit and a sustainment check at day 60. |
| 90 days | 61,500 | Full quarter with three assessment gates and a written outcome report. |
| 1 year | 88,500 | Four intakes across the year plus sustainment support for the whole cohort. |
| Custom cohort | Quoted | Any mix, any length, any track: priced on the same day-rate basis and quoted in writing before work starts. |
Cohort rates are issued on the same basis as the software rate card: a facilitator day rate, programme management and scoping loadings, then a margin set by delivery risk. Figures marked on this page are provisional until the CFO confirms the cohort schedule (portal task 44); nothing is invoiced at a provisional rate. A cohort price covers curriculum, facilitation, assessment against a pass standard the office sets, the certificate, the register and the follow-up date. Devices, data bundles and venue power are not included and are quoted separately where the office wants us to supply them.
We do not ask anyone to pick from this page. The scoping session fixes the scope, then the price is the line above, unchanged. If a smaller version of the programme is the right answer, we will say so.
