Evidence and reporting

The case study is worth nothing if it is written around the register. It has to be built from it, with the findings protocol agreed before fieldwork starts.

What the engagement covers

  • Baseline established at handover.
  • Follow-up sampling at three, six and twelve months.
  • Variance reporting between allocation and evidenced use.
  • Findings protocol agreed in advance: who sees the first report, what is publishable, what the remedy is.

What you end up with

A defensible account of what changed, including the parts that did not work.

Where it plugs into the software

Everything this line produces lands in the register, so the software can prove it later. The register is the contract between the service and the system.
